2. Custom Orders

  • All Luxtails jewelry is custom-made

  • Customization details provided by the customer (names, images, paw prints) must be accurate

  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible

Luxtails is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise

  • Payments must be completed in full before order processing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on customization and location

  • Luxtails is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Refunds will be considered only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders received

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
